Terms and Conditions for Tour Bookings

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed by a written agreement or email confirmation from THAILAND DRIVER GUIDE.

A deposit (amount or percentage) is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance cash full payment due date upon arrival Bangkok Thailand.

If full payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be canceled without notice.

2. Deposit Payment

The Payments can be made via credit card with PayPal payment methods or online banking transfer.

Prices are quoted in (Thai Baht currency) and are subject to change until full payment is received.

Any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges will be included in the final price.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the customer must be made in writing.

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

More than (30) days before tour start: (100%) Deposit refund.

(15) to (10) days before tour starts: (50%) Deposit refund.

Less than (10) days before tour start: No Deposit refund.

THAILAND DRIVER GUIDE the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political instability). In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour options will be offered.

4. Changes and Amendments

Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.

Additional costs may apply for changes or amendments.

5. Responsibilities

THAILAND DRIVER GUIDE will make every effort to provide the services as described but is not liable for delays or changes caused by factors beyond their control.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) and meet any health or vaccination requirements.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking.

6. Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the traveler.

THAILAND DRIVER GUIDE does not accept liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour.

7. Conduct

THAILAND DRIVER GUIDE reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour whose behavior is disruptive or dangerous, without refund.

8. Liability

THAILAND DRIVER GUIDE is not responsible for any personal injury, accident, loss, or damage arising from participation in the tour.

Liability is limited to the cost of the tour.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of (THAILAND).

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in (THAILAND).
